How we work

We close the doors attackers actually use.

Almost every small business breach we see traces back to the same short list: a reused password, no second factor, a backup nobody tested, an old account never switched off.

So we start there, in that order, and we explain every step in language you can repeat to your team.

The engagement, start to finish
01

Risk check

A short review of where you are actually exposed — accounts, devices, backups and the people with keys they no longer need.

02

Close the basics

Password management, multi-factor login, and a backup that has been restored from at least once to prove it works.

03

Train the team

Most breaches arrive by email and get through because someone was busy. Half an hour of the right training beats any product.

04

Monitor

Continuous monitoring so a stolen password is caught in hours rather than discovered months later by a customer.

How we talk about risk

No scare tactics, and no forty-page report nobody reads.

Fear sells security badly. You get a short list of what is exposed, ranked by what an attacker would reach first, in plain English. If the honest answer is that you are already in reasonable shape, that is what the report says.

Find out where you’re exposed

The businesses that get hit are the ones that never checked.

A risk check takes less time than you’d think and tells you exactly where a real attacker would get in first.
