Services

Three trades. One standard.

Whether it’s a fifteen-minute washer or a three-week bathroom, the same rules apply: written quote first, drop sheets down, guarantee in writing after.

In detail

What each job actually involves.

The three jobs we’re booked for most, without the jargon.

Hot water install & repair

A new hot water system starts with how your household uses water, not a brochure. We size it to the house, install in a day where the plumbing allows, and explain heat pump, gas and electric running costs plainly so you choose once.

Bathroom refits

One plumber owns your job from strip-out to silicone, with waterproofing, tiling and electrics coordinated so the room is out of action for days, not months.

Leaks & emergencies

The same-day line goes to a human with a van list, not a call centre. We stop the water, make it safe, and quote the proper fix before we leave the kerb.

Common questions

Asked at most kitchen tables.

Not for quoted work — the survey and quote are free. Emergencies carry a fixed attendance charge that’s quoted on the phone before the van moves, and comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.

Emergencies, usually: the line is answered until 8pm and the van carries the common parts. Hot water replacements are usually same or next day. Bathrooms are booked work; you’ll get real dates on the quote, not ‘a couple of weeks’.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than a third of a new system and yours is past ten years old, we’ll say so and show the maths. Often the honest answer is the cheap repair.
