Services

Every job, priced before it starts.

Same system across the board: photo evidence, itemised price, your approval — then the work, then the 12-month warranty.

In detail

What each visit involves.

The three bookings that fill the diary.

Logbook servicing & rego prep

Manufacturer-schedule logbook servicing that keeps your new-car warranty intact, stamped digitally. Book a check the week before your safety certificate is due and anything borderline gets fixed as a choice, not a surprise — we’re not an approved inspection station, so we get the car ready and refer you straight to one.

Diagnostics

An hour on dealer-grade kit, live data not just fault codes, and a printed report in plain English. The diagnostic fee comes off the repair if we do the work.

Brakes, clutches & suspension

Photographed before, priced per corner, photographed after. Parts are OE-quality or better, and the 12-month warranty covers parts and labour both.

Literally on the wall — customers read them from the waiting room.

Common questions

Asked over the counter weekly.

No — we service to the manufacturer’s logbook schedule with approved parts and stamp the digital service record, which is exactly what the warranty requires. You keep the dealer book value without the dealer bill.

Once the car’s inspected you get a link: each recommended job with its photo and price, and an approve/decline toggle per item. Nothing you decline is done, and the total updates as you tap.

Three on the fleet, free for booked-ahead work lasting more than half a day. Mention it when you book — they go first, Mondays especially.

Book it in. Know by lunchtime.

Most inspections are photographed and priced before noon — the approval link does the rest.
