Why we do not auto-renew you
Most brokers let a policy auto-renew every year without checking it is still competitive. We re-quote every policy at renewal, whether or not it is convenient for us.
Sometimes that means telling you your current insurer is still the best option — we would rather say that than move you for the sake of it. Any recommendation is general advice only; read the FSG and PDS before deciding.
