Why we quote a fixed price
Most heating and cooling firms quote ‘from’ a number and add extras as they go. We diagnose first, then give you one number that includes parts, labour and GST.
If something genuinely unexpected turns up mid-job, we stop and call you before doing anything that changes the price.

Yes, both technicians hold current ARC refrigerant handling licences, numbers on request.
How much is a callout?
$80, waived if you go ahead with the repair.
How quickly can you come?
Same day for no heat or no hot water, within 48 hours otherwise.

Yes, split systems for homes and small offices.
Do you offer finance on installations?
Yes, interest-free over 12 months on full system replacements.
Do you work weekends?
Emergency callouts only, standard rate.
