We take bookings by message and by phone. Both reach the same two people, so use whichever you prefer.
How booking works
Three steps, no booking engine

Send us your dates, how many of you, and anything that matters — a dog, a bad knee, a birthday, an early ferry.

We reply with what is genuinely free and what we would put you in, including the rate and whether dinner is available that night.

A one-night deposit holds the room. The balance is settled when you leave, and we will have already asked how you take your coffee.

The more you tell us now, the better the room we can put you in. There is no wrong amount of detail.
What to include
- Arrival and departure dates, and whether they can flex
- How many people, and how many rooms
- Anyone with stairs, dietary or access needs
- Whether a dog is coming
- Whether you would like the table on any of those nights

The Arbour House, on the New Farm riverside
Fifteen minutes’ walk from the Merthyr Road ferry stop, and there is parking behind the house if you would rather drive. The gate is the green one.
